    When i try to open my enfold theme settings it doesn’t show up plz check whats the problem and on top of my secondary menu it showing “CASH ADVANCE FOR BAD CREDIT HOW DO I REMOVE THIS” ? ?

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 and WordPress to version 4.1 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hey!

    Unfortunately we cannot update the theme for you. Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version of the theme and update it following the instructions in the link i posted above.

    I UPDATED MY THEME TO LATEST VERSION AND WP AS WELL BUT STILL I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ENFOLD THEME SETTING IN WORD PRESS ! ! ! !

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. I cannot see “CASH ADVANCE FOR BAD CREDIT” text on your website

    but i am still not able to access enfold theme settings in word press even after deactivating all the plugins.

    Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
