Due to previous shared links around the world that points to items in our store our shop directory must point to http://www.mysite.com/store/product name

I’ve change it in the custom base area of “Product permalink base” section.
I’ve also change the menu name to Store.
I’ve also changed it in the WooCommerce “Product Archive / Shop Page” section.
I’ve also changed the page name from SHOP to STORE
and it’s still pointing to http://www.mysite.com/shop/product name

    What am I missing?

    Hi,

Please note that this is more of a WooCommerce issue rather than a theme one, but we don’t mind taking a look, can you please create us a WordPress administrator account? post it here as a private reply.

    Regards,
    Josue

Thanks for your information Josue. I googled it and found the problem. If you don’t mind I’m piosting it here for others that may have the same problem.

    ANSWER:
Ensure your Shop page is actually called what you want it to be called by going to Pages, hovering over the page and choosing Quick Edit
Ensure the Slug matches your shop page title

This was the only area I didn’t have it changed in. Now the entire site reflects the new directory and store name.
