Hello,
I have searched all of the documentation and the forum but can not find the answer we need.
I have created a custom blog template using the Page builder and selected that page in the theme options blog settings for enfold. Then under blog layout, we selected to use page builder for blog style.
The blog main page works great. It displays it exactly how we need it to.
But the single page and the archives/category pages do not use the same template. I was under the impression that all blog pages would inherit the custom page template?
Is that not the case or are we missing a step?
The page uses color section with background image and all pages have hover images underneath to the other sub pages for that section.
it is very important that the blog pages carry this over.
If they can not inherit the blog page layout then worst case scenario we can use the page builder and create a template for the client to use for blog singles, but what about the archive and category pages?

The blog layout can be changed in Dashboard > Enfold > Blog Layout > Blog Style. The archives will also take on this style. Besides the four styles listed there is no feature to change the look of the archives. If you want to add custom elements then you will need to edit the archive.php template.
For example if you wanted to add a color section to the archives then you could try using the do_shortcode function somewhere in the archive.php template file, http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/do_shortcode.
