Hi there,
I have the same problem as jaimemerz (post 3.12.2014). I am also using the Enfold 3.0.4 and WP 4.0.1. All plugins are up to date. This is a new problem. I can’t upload images to the media library. I developed my site on my local laptop. This problem occured only since I deployed the site via ftp to an external server. The media upload on my local version still works. And btw I’m not using the WPML Plugin.
Can you please help? Thanks!
Regards,
Susann
Hey sreckeweg!
Try increasing your memory, http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP.
And increasing the file upload limit, http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/.
If that does not help then turn on WordPress debugging, http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and send us a WordPress login so we can take a closer look. I tried logging in with the information you provided but I think it’s only for FTP.

Elliott
Hey!
What permissions do you have set on your /wp-content/uploads/ directory? Try 755 or 777 to see if that works. I would get in contact with your hosting provider to see what they recommend.

Thanks a lot, Elliott! You were right. It was a permission problem and my provider fixed it :-)
You are a wonderful team and you did a perfect job. This is the second time you helped me and very fast as well.
