    Hi,

    I’m trying to add a Text widget to the sidebar, but none of the content from the Text widget shows up in the sidebar.

    I am really trying to put an image in the sidebar for an advertisement. I saw the Enfold Advertising Area widget. That seemed AWESOME, but it’s not so great because it shows 2 really small images (125px). I want one larger image (250 px).
    Is the Text widget the best way to do this?

    At first I tried to put an image in the widget, but it didn’t show up. Then I tried putting just three words of text in the widget and that didn’t show up either. :/

    Hey Nathan!

    Thank you for using our theme.

    I have added some Text in the text widget and it works.

    For images:

    Try to use the enhanced text widget http://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-text-widget/ and add the html code directly into it linking to whatever images you want and adding css right into the widget inline as well?

    I don’t know whether you fixed it, or it fixed it self. Today I saw that test text on the website, so I went back in and added < html > tags–the image now shows up.
