I’m using the tag cloud widget in one of my sidebars, but the tags don’t show up.

Let’s take a look at a post I did where the tag is attached. In this case: http://livelifemedia.co/?p=3907 you can see the tag for “China” at the bottom of the post, but why does it not appear under the tags in the sidebar?
