    I am having this issue of not being able to upload my files to my site after the new update. Anyone has any idea what went wrong?
    The file size is all correct but it just don’t work.

    Thanks for using Enfold.

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    If i delete the theme will all my previous settings be gone?
    How do i delete it? Via FTP?

    I just checked, the disk space i have is 10gb and i only used up 3gb.
    Is this the quota u are mentioning?

    Hi Josue,

    I solve the problem already. Its the back end privacy settings which was reseted. Now i can upload the files.
