I use Enfold and my form stopped working after the latest WordPress update (4.0.1)…We have updated Enfold to the newest version (3.0.4), and although the form shows up again, it does not send.

We have installed Contact Form 7, and that works fine. Any idea why this is happening? It seems to be strictly to do with your form builder.

We are currently using Contact Form 7 a stop gap, but would prefer to go back to using the functionality provided (and paid for) by Enfold.

    Hey jazzjazz74!

Go ahead and add it back in and we’ll send you a test email.

Make sure to double check your email address for typos and to check your spam folder. Also be sure to deactivate all other plugins while testing.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Elliott,

All plugins are disabled, and the form is back on the contact page. Test away.

    Elliot,

Not sure if you have tested or not yet, but I have had my developer test several times and nothing…I can’t leave my plugins disabled forever as it breaks other areas of my site. If you have sent a test email between 10:12am (CST) and now, then it hasn’t been received.

    Hi!

Try installing this plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/, and then try and send a test email in the plugin settings to see if you receive it.

If PHP mail is not working then try contacting your hosting provider to see if you can use SMTP.

    Cheers!
    Elliott
