    The home page slider, contact form and jQuery skills bars have all stopped working. Also, I cannot access the visual editor – only a spinning icon appears. Do you have any idea what would have caused this or how I can fix it? Links to site have been provided in ‘Private Content’ field.

    I am running Enfold version 2.1 on a child theme. When I attempted to update the parent theme to the latest version lots of unexpected changes starting showing – extra header and footer elements etc. I then restored site using a backup I had made. Everything was fine, but now the issues listed above are present.

    Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated – thanks!

    Hi jeverbach!

    You are going to need to update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Since you are updating from a very old version, those issues are expected. You need to re-configure some options/elements such as header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/
