Static Content area

Hi, it’s possible to create a static content with a template.
I’ll explain my problem:

I create a website for a guest with 100+ pages.
At the bottom of every page, before footer i have a main content portion called “contacts” with the names and the contacts of the staff.
The guest said to me that the staff will change frequently, and i need to change it in every page.
It’s possible to create a static area, to change contents only one time?
Maybe in php?
