    Hello,

    We can no longer add content or edit our pages. I think it happened with the Word Press update. We have updated the theme but this did not help. The content is fine on the site, however, no content is visible in the default editor or if we choose Edit from the Advanced Layout Editor. We have a grand opening in 3 days and need to update content. I also tried creating a new page. I can arrange the content boxes, but when I try to add text the cursor will not appear in the text box. Please help.

    Please let me know if you need any additional info.

    Same problem here.. i cant use the avia content builder when i upgraded my wordpress version to 4.0.1

    Help pls…..

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Same here. I used Enfold 3.0.4 in WordPress 4.0.1 but when I clicked Advanced Layout Editor, it won’t show the tools. I tried importing a one page demo content but can’t edit the contents for it won’t load. Please help. Thanks!

    I deactivated all of the plugins and still cannot edit the content. I have since re-enabled the plugins. Can you think of anything else we can try?

    Hi Yigit,

    The image in your png is just the content. It does show, however, if you select edit then the screen is blank and does not let you update or edit content. I can send you screenshots however you can also test this. Log in, select a page, try to edit the content section. There is a draft page available for testing. Please help!

    Hi!

    if deactivating all plugins does not help, then I think you need to get a fresh copy of the theme. Please install enfold via FTP.

    Hello,

    My Avia Layout Builder is frozen, I just get the spinner preloader and no content ever shows up. I cannot switch back to the default editor either and all the tabs on the avia layout builder are frozen. I have installed a fresh version of the theme, disabled all of my plugins, and tried pretty much every other suggestion I could find in these support forums. I would rather not recreate my page and am hoping you can find a solution.
