    I have 2 Envato themes, both on the same server. The Add Media stopped working on both. I have the latest WP, Plug-ins, and theme versions. One started working but the other still is not.

    I am not a coder so any non-tech help to fix would be appreciated!

    Hi barnesag!

    It seems to be working fine for me. I logged in and was able to insert an image into the post. Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser to see if it does the same there.

    Many thanks. I have done this and also used Firefox instead of Safari with nothing happening . I notice that a hash appears at the end of the URL http://c4milesphotography.com/wp-admin/post-new.php#

    I checked my other site and that is fine?

    Hi!

    I’m sorry but you’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.7, which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0.1. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP.     Thanks Ismael, I had updated it from within the theme, but you are right it was still the older version. I have now updated via FTP and it is fine. Many thanks again for your help.
