Contact form not appearing – Easy Slider not appearing

Hey there,
My slider isn’t appearing on my home page, I’ve currently replaced it with an image. I also have issues with my contact form not appearing, the only thing that has appeared is the submit button.

Another issue i’ve been having is my company logos have dissapeared too (at the bottom of the home page) which I have also at the moment replaced with just an image.

Can you please help.
