    after updating the theme, all site turn to black..

    i tried to move to non child theme, and it works.. why?

    Did you add any modifications on the child theme? Did you duplicate any files from the parent theme to the child theme? Please post the website url here. We would like to check it.

    Hey!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    Also please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
