    Hi there!

    I am a long time purchaser of themes at envato…
    Last week, for the first time I used my Paypal account (which had a fund on it!) instead of my credit card.
    Unfortunately (I still did not get the clue why…) Paypal thought it´s a fraud and froze the payment (again which was a plus on the account).

    So…envato blocked my account until it´s cleared.

    Now…Wordpress 4.0.1 rolled out and my contact form on my website is not working anymore (as you guys already know) and I cannot download the latest version of Enfold. I purchased that theme a long time ago via Credit Card…you can check my purchase code and license.

    Is there any way to get that new update of the theme??? As I am having huge issues that clients can´t reach out for me.

    Thank you for detailed information. Unfortunately only way to download the theme is, from ThemeForest. We do not have any download link or any other source to provide you theme files. Please contact Envato Support here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us
