    Hello,

    Our website was automatically updated to WP(4.01).
    When we try to install the updated enfold theme files through the wp dashboard, all customizations for the theme are totally lost.
    In addition, many features of the theme are now disabled as a result of not being able to complete the upgrade.
    Please help.
    Time is of the essence.

    Hey itmonitoring!

    You will need to update the theme. If you have done customizations to the theme files then you will need to redo those after updating.

    It would be best to use a child theme, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/, so you can save your customizations between updates.
