    Hi,
    I have added a contact form and the title and submit button are there but none of the other fields (i.e. Name, email , message) are showing up. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for using Enfold.

    Are you using the latest version 3.0.4? If not then be sure to update, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

    If your still having problems then send us a link and we’ll take a look.

    I still run 2.9.2, and now the contactfields are gone as well. This happened quite suddenly, any idea what is the problem?

    Also on upgrading; the only way is to do this by FTP, not via the update button?

    Hi!

    It is possible but if you cannot see any theme updates in dashboard, you are going to need to update the theme via FTP this time and check your API key once again – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
