Mobile View Major Display Issues

Hello there, I have recently completed designing the theme ‘enfold’ for http://www.headoverheelsdresses.co.uk and designed on my server space and the site looks great on computers but when viewed on a mobile device the screen shown is not that of the theme, instead seems to be a strange generic screen that displays text and the avia framework code. This does not appear to be a screen supplied by the theme. At the bottom of this screen there is an option to click to the “full site” which then takes you top the site as I would expect it to display. Can you tell me how I can remove this as a default option when people view my site using a mobile device, it does not even default to the homepage instead defaulting to the blog page (‘news’).
