Contact Form not sending to multiple emails

I have entered 2 emails in the contact form “where emails should be sent to” field… As instructed, the email addresses are separated by a comma.

The completed contact form is only getting sent to the 2nd email address listed (which coincidentally is the “default” email for my blog. For some reason the first email address entered is not receiving contact forms.

(I updated to the latest version this a.m. and am still having this issue).
