I just updated my Enfold theme to the latest version & after doing so, everything is fine except the placement (alignment) of my social icons. I am using a child theme. The site is http://www.monicawalston.com. The social icons in the top menu used to be further to the right, so there was a space between the search icon & the twitter icon. Now those two are practically on top of each other.
Anyone ever encountered this or know how to fix it? My custom css didn’t change so IDK what the deal is. I’m stumped?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

November 24, 2014 at 2:04 pm #356762Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.avia-menu.av-main-nav-wrap { margin-right: 25px; }

YigitNovember 24, 2014 at 4:22 pm #356914Thank you so very much! That worked perfectly. Could I ask another question in this post (well, it’s two), or do you want me to open a new post?
1. I know the top menu already has a text color change on hover, but the colors are so similar it’s hard to see. Where would I change that, or is it a custom css?
2. I want to try to make my socket look like this:
Where the socket is larger (taller) with the menu in it with a divider then icons with text (I think I know how to do the icons in the builder, even though I have not yet been able to get the text beside the icon :-( ). Then the actual footer part where the footer widgets etc would go above that as normal.
Would you be so kind as to help me with that? Some techs advise that they can’t because it’s a customization, but I can’t figure out how to do it (man, I REALLY NEED TO learn CSS!) & would REALLY appreciate the help, TREMENDOUSLY appreciate it.
Thank you Yigit (is your name pronounced just as it is spelled? yi-jit, the j because that is how I interpret it, yi-jit ;-)
Thanks again!

1- Please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling tab and edit “Main menu links”
2- Do you mind creating a temporary admin login to your website in question 2 and posting it here privately so i can look into it?
P.S.: My name is pronounced like Yeet :)Best regards,

Please review your website. You can find changes i made in Appearance > Editor > Footer.php file and Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS. Please adjust styling in Quick CSS and change text and link in Footer.php file.
For further customization please hire a freelance developer.Regards,
YigitNovember 24, 2014 at 11:44 pm #357224Oh my gosh Yigit, thank you SO MUCH! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you doing that for me! Might I ask, do you do any freelance work? If not do you know someone who is good & affordable?
Thanks again, you’re a rock star! ;-)

You are welcome WalstonNet, glad if we could help :)
Unfortunately, i do not do any freelance work currently. You can find freelance developers on Envato Studio or Codeable.
Let us know if you have any other questions or issues :)Cheers!
