    Hello Support,

    The recent round of updates have broken a few elements on a site I am responsible for.

    Taking one element at a time…

    About Page

    On the right margin, the testimonial element isn’t showing up.

    (Also – the admin menu on the top black bar isn’t loading. The black background loads; there aren’t any menu elements present.)

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The update should fix the issue automatically. Please try to deactivate all plugins then test it again. Maybe, you have a cache or minify plugin?

    Hello Ismael,

    I have the latest version of Enfold installed (3.0.4) and I don’t have cache or a minify plugin.
    I deactivated all the plugins to make sure it wasn’t a plugin issue and this didn’t fix the site.

    This is the best page to start with: org-consult.com/about-org/.

    I am using a child theme of Enfold.
    Any other ideas – or do you see something in the CSS that might be “tooling” the site?

    PS. updating the theme worked on other sites I am admin for – this is the only one that remains broken. gw

    Hey!

    please try to clear your browser cache. If that does not help I think you might need a fresh copy of Enfold to be installed via FTP.

    Hello Andy,

    Not a browser cache issue – I cleared cache and checked on other browsers.

    I’ve installed a fresh copy of Enfold – this did not fix issues either.

    There is a file that will not FTP to the directory; or keeps attempting to upload: he_IL.po

    /wp-content/themes/enfold/lang/he_IL.po

    I am hesitant to activate the Enfold theme because I am worried I’ll lose elements when I reactivate the Enfold Child theme.

    I’ve gone through the CSS and I am not seeing a reason there for content not appearing. Besides the testimonial elements/quotes not showing up on the about page – the footer content is also not showing up.

    Any ideas?

    Any ideas for this?

    (Tomorrow I’ll start ripping things apart on a dev server – hopefully this can be avoided.)

    Hi!

    in the console I can see different errors with your website, especially errors of javascript. Can you please deactivate all plugins, to see which one could cause the issue? After deactivating please clear your browser cache again.
    If that does not work, admin access would be helpful.

    Your child theme footer.php file is causing the issue, it only contains this:
