    Hello. I am using Enfold and I am using the transparent header template. The video was playing fine a couple days ago and now the video is not loading of anything. Just a blank white area.I’ve tried different browsers with the same result. I’ve listed the site and the url to the video to the private section of this message.

    I’m sorry but you’re using an old version of the theme, 2.9.2 which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0.1. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP.
