    I have three Enfold websites with broken full width sliders since today on the Homepages (see private content).
    I know 1. and 2. are WordPress 4.0.1 and Enfold 3.0.4 theme updated today via FTP.
    No. 3 is WordPress 4.0.1 but not the latest version of Enfold. This one also has three broken easy sliders on the homepage.

    Is there a compatibility issue since WordPress updated today?

    If you download the latest version of Enfold you should be okay.

    The latest WordPress update had caused issues but Enfold has been updated now to correct those issues.

    Many people had this problem because WordPress auto updates now, you might want to disable the auto update for WordPress with a plugin or add:

    define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false );

    to your wp-config.php file.

    They were both already on the latest version of Enfold 3.0.4 and had broken sliders.

    The whole homepage on 1. had to be re-created to fix it and site no. 2 was updated, slider was not rendering and now I go back and it has magically fixed itself even though all that done to fix it since 7 hours ago was precisely nothing!

    How can that be explained?

    Site no. 3 I don’t have admin access but have Emailed the Webmaster to update Enfold.

    I use as few plugins as possible when creating a website because of possible conflicts, that could be the problem.

    1. Odd that had to be done, maybe a conflict with plugins created the issue.
    2. Maybe it was a cache thing at first when viewing.
    3. Good luck.

    Before the updates were made I reverted back to the previous WP version to solve the issue while I waited for the updates.

    @GOWD    : Maybe you’re looking at a cached version of the site where it is still broken then you go back and receive the actual status of the site. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. This should fix the slider issues brought by WordPress 4.0.1.     Was on latest version 3.0.4 and was updated via Ftp so don’t know what happened.

    Will monitor the situation.
