Hi,

For some reason, no changes have been made, images don’t load on full screen sliders, partner/logo elements and logo on shrinking header.

Any thoughts or known issues on sight?

Please make sure that you are using Enfold’s latest version 3.0.4- http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

1. I am having the same issue. My images will not show after I “update” a page. They do however show up if I open up a different web browser.

2. Also, above you said the latest version is 3.0.4. I have tried to update my theme from 2.9.2 in the “enfold” settings on my WP-admin page but I am told that my theme is up to date.

When I log in to my themeforest account I do not see the “enfold” theme in my downloads.

Please help. Thank you.

Hi!

1. Try clearing your browser cache and any caching related plugins you might have installed after updating the page.

2. We don’t have any control over your themeforest account so you will need to contact themeforest about this, https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us.

Once you get that resolved it would be best to update via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
