Hi,
WordPress has just updated to WordPress 4.0.1.
The contact form on the site is know no longer visible, only the submit button is there.
I’m not sure if the update is the cause, the form was there and working well.

Thank you VickiI have noticed another website that uses Enfold and auto updated WordPress is having the same issue.
No contact form is visible just the submit button.Cheers Vicki
While waiting for the update, I am using the plugin Contact form 7… Very quick to create temporary forms.
I am temporarily using this plugin. Seems to work and style well. There was no beta of this update released from WP for the theme authors to test things, they are quickly working on a fix.
The latest version has now been released (Enfold v3.0.3):
