Hi Kriesi,
Hope you guys are well. Just wanted to ask why the email address where the mails should be delivered to keeps reverting back to the default email? There is no plugin installed on the page that we are working with so we are not sure why this is happening.
Thank you! :)
November 18, 2014 at 1:16 am #352799Hi Kriesi Team,
Just noticed that it is just not the email address but all of the contents were not saving on Contact Form after we Save and update the page?
Thank you!

I’m sorry but you’re using an old version of the theme. Please download the latest version 3.0.2 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Make sure that you set the email on the Contact Form’s Your email address field. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

What is the actual email that you’re trying to use? Make sure that email server is fully configured and doesn’t have any filtering settings. If possible, please install the Contact Form 7 plugin. Test the email there.

IsmaelNovember 21, 2014 at 12:56 am #354755Hi Ismael,
We are trying to send it to (Email address hidden if logged out) . The default email used on that website is (Email address hidden if logged out) . We are receiving emails on web2@ but the problem is we cannot change the email address and some settings on Enfold Contact Form itself. It is just reverting back to the default settings (i.e. Captcha reverting to “Do not display”, Form Title reverting back to “Send us email”, etc.).
Thank you!
November 22, 2014 at 8:38 am #355816Hey!
It’s probably not an email configuration issue. Again, please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Also, upgrade WordPress to 4.0.1. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Deactivate all plugins then test the form element again.
Best regards,
Ismael -
