You previously helped with a problem I was having regarding an image looking pixelated on a mobile device.
Here is the thread:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/logo-looks-pixilated-on-iphone/It worked well thanks!
I would like to ask a similar question regarding the logo bar I have on my home page – ShutterLIVING.com
I the logos look nice and sharp on a desktop however again look pixelated on a mobile device, do you think you can tell me the dimensions I need to make the png files so that they look sharp on a mobile.

November 19, 2014 at 2:41 am #353438Hey!
when I try to open the link of your website, I get this error: “Gateway Timeout: can’t connect to remote host”.
Did you resize your logo to 436 x 116?Regards,
AndyNovember 19, 2014 at 10:29 am #353520Hi Andy, this is very strange, it is working fine from France, Paris.
I have had this issue before where some of the Enfold support team can not view my webpage???
I have no ideas how to check this ? Can I ask… Are you in Germany? Maybe for some reason Germany can not see the site, but i have no idea why?
I did resize an image on my home page (it was not the Enfold logo, top of the page logo, but a image I had in the middle of my home page).
I have checked out my Google analytics and It seems that I am getting traffic from Germany in the past month???
BTW- Excellent photos, I love your Blue eyed red haired girl, looks fantastic! and your street guy in China with dirty feet is awesome)! Hope you liked China.

November 19, 2014 at 11:04 am #353535I found this thread: do you think this could be the cause?
http://codeverge.com/asp.net.web-hosting/504-gateway-timeout-occuring-for-very-sma/545203
The problem first manifested itself in early July and we finally got it
fixed today. It turns out we had a bad subnet mask on one IP
address on, one NIC on our web server. It took us forever
to figure it out, but it’s resolved. I thought you might be
curious about what the solution was.I’m best with databases and programming and ok when it comes to
networking so my info on the cause is somewhat unclear. My
understanding is because of the way our subnet mask was set up, that
box though it had an entire Class A of IPs. Anything starting
with 63. was viewed as internal traffic and never left that box.We found it while checking the circutless IP setup on our router.
We thought the problem was there, but and although we needed a
correciton on the router, the problem was not solved until we fixed the
subnet mask on the web server. Most of the IPs on that server
were just fine, but one was bad.November 20, 2014 at 9:38 am #354151Hey!
Might be but we’re not sure. I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you with server configuration issues. Anyway, glad you fixed it. Looks like the website is running smoothly now. Regarding the logo, please resize it to 436x116px (that is the size of the desktop logo) then upload it again. This should improve the look of the logo on mobile device because it will not force the logo to resize from a very large image.
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 21, 2014 at 11:48 am #355030Very sorry, I may not have explained very well.
I am trying to improve the image quality of the (Media element – – Partner/Logo Element)
Specifically on an iPhone. When i view the images on the phone they look soft. any ideas what size i should be resizing the phg files, so they look sharp on the iPhone.
November 22, 2014 at 9:39 am #355827Hi!
Oh. Alright. You can create another logo element with using bigger logo images for mobile device. Hide the default logo / partner element using css media queries. Refer to this link on how to hide or show specific elements on different screen sizes using custom css class and media queries: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/is-there-an-option-to-create-a-separate-page-design-specific-to-mobile-devices/
Cheers!
