Hi there,
I have an issue with Enfold (3.02 – but same issue before on 3.01) and WPML (Version 3.1.8.2).
As soon as I switch the WPML plugin(s) to active, the Advanced Layout Builder does not show any content of the page anymore…the spinning wheel is going on forever. If I click the default editor, nothing happens except that the URL get an # at the end like: post=1195&action=edit&lang=en#
I have deactivated all plugins, as soon as switching on the WPML Multilingual CMS the issue apears.Another issue I have realized: If the WPML is enabled and I want to edit a custom menu (clicking on the down arrow on the right), the page is redirecting to the main menu.
Please let me know how to fix.

Not sure what it could be off the top of my head. Can you send us a WordPress login and set your reply as private so we can take a look?
Cheers!

I think the problem is that you have a copy of jQuery being loaded from google, http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js?ver=1.8.3, which is causing javascript errors.
Though I’m not sure where it’s being called from. Try completely deleting Enfold before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest to see what happens.
Cheers!

Hmm, and your sure you completely deleted Enfold before downloading + uploading a fresh copy?
The extra copy of jQuery from Google CDN is only loading on our theme pages it looks like but that is not supposed to happen.
I’ll go ahead and flag this for the rest of our team to see if they have an idea on what it could be.

Looks like you purchased WPML from a different source (http://www.onthegosystems.com/). If I am not mistaken, WPML.org doesn’t allow selling their plugin from a third party vendor. Maybe, the plugin that you’re using is not the latest version. There are thousands of Enfold users who have WPML installed on their site but it doesn’t break the advance layout builder. Please contact the WPML support and ask them if this site is legitimate: http://www.onthegosystems.com/
Cheers!

Contents of the page including the shortcodes are saved on the database but if you want to manually copy the content, you can switch the advance layout builder to debug mode. Please refer to this link: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Best regards,
