    Hi,
I am using Version 2.9.2 of Enfold.
When I log in, I see a blank page. The website seems to be working ok.
I re-named the Enfold folder under themes and I am able get back to the backend.
Please help. If I use FTP to over-write the current theme with the latest version, will I lose ant css elements in the current one?

    Hi Mohan!

Your options and custom CSS code in Quick CSS field remain the same if you update the theme ( http://vimeo.com/67209750 ). If you have added your code to custom.css file please have a backup before updating the theme.
Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    Best regards,

    Hi Yigit,
Thank you for your help. I re-named all the plugins and then I could log in. When I renamed each one back to the original one by one and when all of them were renamed, the blank page issue vanished.
I also went and increased the memory limit to 128 MB.
The good news is the blank-page issue has been sorted out.
The bad news is, I am no wiser to what caused this.
I would appreciate if you can let me know what the possible issue was so I can act quickly in the future. That will increase my confidence in the theme and would make me consider it for future sites.
    Regards
    Mohan

    Hey!

If re-naming all plugins enabled you to login, then culprit lies there :) Glad you have figured it out! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues

    Cheers!
