Translation plugin – Changement of image.

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what plugin you were using to translate a website done with advanced layout editor?
I’ve installed Qtranslated Plus, but i have the option to translate only the title of the page.

Also in some pages, i need to change the pictures as there is a bit of content inside, and of course people from the other language won’t understand.
Is there a way to change a specific image on a page depending of the language?
