    Hi!
Most foto’s and pictures simply will not upload to your Enfold theme.
I tried to upload the same pictures to 4 other themes and it was not a problem so it’s specificaly a problem with Enfold.
Some pictures however will upload but i have no idea why. It’s not the size. Some huge pictures will upload and most small sized picture will not. It seems completely random.
I had a temporary fix where i had to make a screenshot of the picture, and then the screenshot of that picture would upload, but somehow that doesn’t work anymore either. But that again, the screenshots were of such low quality that they were unusable anyway.

I realy need a fix for this.

    Hey RobbieHoen!

You may need to increase your memory, http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP.

If doing that and deactivating all plugins does not help then send us a WordPress login and set your reply as private and we’ll take a look.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    Thank you for the info.

I created a test page then uploaded an image here: http://www.vanhoen.nl/test-image/

The theme creates different thumbnail sizes when you upload an image. Each thumbnails are used specifically on different elements of the theme (testimonial, posts, widgets etc). On the test page, I added 3 Images element then selected 3 different thumbnail versions of the image. The second image is the full or original version of the uploaded image.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hello!

Thank you for your response but i’m not sure how that answers my questions.
I did some more digging around myself and i have the feeling that it is in fact a problem with file size after all.
I have the idea that the file size limit is somewhere around 1MB. This makes it impossible to upload video’s.
I really need this problem fixed.
    Please help.

    Regards,
    Robbie

    Hi!

Wordpress should be giving you a message if it failed to upload due to size. See here for how to increase the upload limit, http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/.

    Cheers!
