    Enfold version 3.0.2
    Running on WP 4.0

    How can I turn off the top and bottom border around the header?

    Hey Melissa!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    #header_main { border: none !important; }

    If that does not help, please post the link to your website
