    Hi there,

    I am having some trouble updating Enfold from 2.9.1 to 3.0.2. I am also unable to update WordPress from 3.9.2 to 4.0 – I don’t know if they are related.

    I HAVE been able to update another site I am running Enfold on, both for the theme and WordPress. It is on a different server though. I have asked my web host and they can’t see any problem from their side.

    I tried disabling all my plugins – this didn’t help with updating either Enfold or WP.

    Do you have any suggestions on what I might try ?

    I can attach screenshots of the error messages to any email reply.

    I have supplied WP and FTP access details.

    Any help much appreciated !

    Please try updating Enfold and WordPress via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750 & http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress
    You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here

    Hi Yigit,

    I followed your advice and updated manually via FTP – everything ok now :)
