Links in menu keep multiplying!

I purchased this style in the past couple of hours, and after playing around with customization I’ve realized that the links in my menu have started multiplying. I now have 5 links to each of my pages – ‘Menu’, ‘About’, and ‘Contact’ in the header menu. I’ve attempted to reset all settings and start again from the Demo Import, but it seems that the more I mess with the settings the more links it adds.
