    I have the enfold theme installed and working just fine so far. But when I uploaded the child theme zip file, I get this error message:

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Enfold Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “enfold” parent theme.

    The parent theme is there.What do I do now?

    Are you trying to upload pre-built child theme that you have downloaded here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/ or did you created it?

    Your child theme. I downloaded it again and tried it but get this now:
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/53/95/7009553/web/wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/

    Theme install failed.

    Hey!

    Looks like the enfold-child folder already exists. Please try to do this via FTP. Remove the enfold-child folder located on wp-content > themes folder. Extract the file from the zip then upload the actual enfold-child folder via FTP.
