    Hi,
    I just install new fresh wordpress and the theme
    because I had some issues on the website so now decided to do again,
    the theme version is 3.0.2 and WordPress version is 4.0
    but it seems still have the same issues.. can’t see the theme option on the left..
    I provide the log in and please have a look at the site for me.

    Hello Sarah,

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Hmm, theme options seems to work just fine on my end – http://screencast.com/t/CsxmvDb8mKv, perhaps it’s something on your end, have you checked it on another computer/network?
