sticky & shrinked header NO transparency

Hi there,

i use enfold and have activated sticky header and shrinking header modes.
and i´ld like to have the background-color of the header section plain white – with the opacity 1.0 – when scroll down on a “transparent header/menu” page.

on default it is something like 0.6 or so.
