    Hi,

    I am trying to change a few things on the sidebar widgets, however for some reason i am unable to click the down arrow to open up the widget?

    Hi daniel!

    Your using Enfold 2.8.1 it looks like which could be causing the javascript error your getting there. Go ahead and update Enfold to the latest version and if your still seeing the problem then let us know and we’ll take another look.

    Hi,

    I am unable to update the theme through wordpress, as I am unable to access theme options.

    How do i go about updating through FTP? And would this effect the child theme installed and the customisations i’ve made?

    Hi!

    Please refer to this video tutorial and update the parent theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
    If you have moved your modified files to child theme, updating the parent theme should make no difference
