Hi
Sorry, but my friends still have a problem with loading the page. For example: iphone4, loads the page, and when it comes to 95%, crashes and off site. Maybe it’s the browser, but if you have Safari on iPhone 4? And what if it is Maxthon? and others? I have no idea about what can go. Your suggestions?thank you

Can you please post the link to your website? Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Best regards,

Thanks for the reply. But, unfortunately, does not work. My website is http://www.openmagazyn.pl
I updated everything that was possible. Moreover tried de-activating all active plugins and still hangs at 95%. I wonder if there is some conflict in the slider? Your suggestions?Best regards,

Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://vimeo.com/67209750

YigitMarch 14, 2015 at 8:44 pm #411561Hey there,
I’m having the same problem with my site loading into Safari on iPhone 4s, running the latest iOS.
Error message read:
“A problem repeatedly occurred on “http://swaddlephotography.com/”This has been going on for a few months. At first it was only when the phone was in landscape orientation. Now it’s both landscape & portrait. Is there any new info on what might be happening here?
Thanks!

Did you try re-updating the theme via FTP as Yigit suggested? If not then please try to do that. You could also try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict. If you still have trouble after trying that then please let us know and we’ll try to help you further.
Cheers!
RikardMarch 16, 2015 at 8:08 pm #412518Hi Rikard,
Okay, just updated/re-updated the theme, all the way to 3.1. Still no go. I even cleared browser history & data from my phone and tried reloading. No dice.
I also deactivated all the plugins and tried it. Nothing changed.
Here’s what happens… it starts to load, gets as far as the header, then abruptly stops and reloads the page.
Note: I’m using the same theme on another site and it (mostly) fine.Help?

There was an issue before with the animated icons not loading, but it was only the icons below the Masonry gallery on the page, not the ones above it. I ended up removing all animation from icons below the gallery and everything worked fine. Bummer to have to do that, but it works.
Help? Thanks!
March 17, 2015 at 8:58 am #412803Hey!
The site loads fine on an iPod Touch, safari browser. Maybe, iPhone 4’s memory can’t handle the whole site that’s why it crashes. Have you tried it on iPhone 5 or 6? Can you please create a test page with masonry gallery included? We would like to test it.
Cheers!
IsmaelMarch 17, 2015 at 8:46 pm #413211Hey Ismael,
I think it’s a memory problem on my phone. I set up a test page with everything the same at http://www.swaddlephotography.com/test-2. With the masonry it crashed. Without it, it loaded fine.
It seems to be loading fine for others too.
Thanks for your help.
