I set my header to a custom pixel height of 175px and hit save to store the changes, but the change does not show in IE or Firefox. It will show correctly — only one time — if right after I save the change I open a new tab in Chrome and go to the live online site I see the new pixel height just as I saved it. But, if I close Chrome and open the live online site again the changes to the pixel height are gone and the site reverts to showing the header size as if I set it to “large” — even though the Enfold setting also show correctly that I’ve set the height at 175px.

How can I get the pixel height to stick at 175px (or whatever number I select) on all browses?

    My configuration is as follows:
    – Menu and Logo Position
    Logo left, Menu below
    – Header Size
    custom pixel value
    – Header Custom Height
    175px

    Hey davevi!

Do you flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times after making the changes? It sounds like cache related issue.
If you do not mind please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it

    Best regards,

Hello Yigit. It appears that this issue is resolved now. This means that the issue was related to the WP Super Cache plug-in. It must have been storing old values and causing problems. I reset the plug-in and changed its configuration and the header size has been showing the correct size on all platforms consistently.

    Thank you for the response.

    Cheers.
