Hi there !
First I’d like to thanks all the team, fot the great theme and support, this is really hight class services.
I’am French, so please don’t bother too much about my english, I will do my best.I’m using Enfold for my first project on wordpress, I havent much experience or training about all of it, but I discover things step by step, and enjoy it a lot, thanks to the enfold theme that made it easier.
So my question is about the FAQ page. I really like the way you made here : http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/faq/.
And I was wondering, if this is possible to use it with enfold ? I tried to figure out what was the element to do it, and the closest I manage to find was the tabs displays on the left, but it’s not as nice as the one you’r using.
Could you please give me more information about that ?Also there is second question with my post, I’d like to know if there is a way to change the background color and the shape ( make it in a colored square for exemple ) of where I wrote some text ? Since a color section cannot be displays in an other layout element, I can’t figure out a way to do it. It would help me to bring more dynamism to my contenant, but I don’t know if this is possible ?
Thank you very much for your help and great job.
Florian

October 24, 2014 at 2:31 pm #340608Hi Florian!
1- Please use Accordion element instead, it is what we used on documentation
2- Can you please post the link to your website and a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make so we can make sure that we are on the same page? :)Regards,

Any news for me ? :p
October 28, 2014 at 10:50 am #342119Hey!
Thank you for the info and sorry for the delay.
You can add a unique selector to any elements on the advance layout builder except for column layouts. Refer to this link for more info:
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/Edit the text block. Add a unique css selector on “Custom Css Class” field. For example, add “border-text-blocks”.
You can add something like this on your custom.css or Quick CSS:
.border-text-blocks { border: 1px solid #333333; background: #ffffff; padding: 10px; }

I used the accordion and it works fine. On the side bar though I want to make the FAQ questions and not the website’s pages. Is there a way to do that?

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?
I don’t see the sidebar on that page.
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 15, 2018 at 2:10 pm #997546Hi Victoria,
Yeah I removed it until I get it right.
So the right side bar should include an index for the content of the FAQ, thats what I am not able to achieve.
Thanks,

Well, you can add a widget to sidebar with the links in the text widget, but it will not be like a sidebar menu.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 19, 2018 at 10:24 am #998863Hi,
Thanks, I tried it with the text widget and adding links, it works. The links can only be added to the body and not the title. But should do it for now.
Thanks :)
