    Hi,
    My site is at http://182.160.153.36/~wosld0dl9jufj/about-us
    I have used advanced layout editor to create the page. It was working ok.
    Now I need to make a small change and I am unable to get into the Advanced Layout editor. All I see is that the editor keeps swirling and nothing comes up even after a few minutes.
    Please help.
    I have provided Admin login.

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.2 and try de-activating all active plugins – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/

    Thanks for the message.
    I have upgraded to Version 3.0.2. I have de-activated ALL plugins. The result is the same. I tried to create a new page – the resulkt is the same.
    I have now activated the following – as they are required.
    – Ajax Portfolio
    – Revolutiion Slider
    – WPBakery Visual Composer

    You have access. All I need to do is to remove “About Us” just under ‘Premium Quality Work’ in the page http://182.160.153.36/~wosld0dl9jufj/about-us/

    Hey!

    I’m sorry but Visual Composer is not compatible with the Advance Layout Builder. Please contac the plugin author regarding the issue.

    Please forget about Visual Composer.
    Please go to About Us.
    The Avia Layout Builder is malfunctioning.
    I am unable to use it. It just showing an arrow going round and round.
    I am unable to edit anything in the page.
    I am able to add any element.
    I am unable to view any elements in the page.http://182.160.153.36/~wosld0dl9jufj/wp-admin/post.php?post=1971&action=edit
    Got it?
    All I need to do is remobe two word from the page – if I can edit it.

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    You can also try to enable debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
    and edit shortcode on default editor

    Hi Yigit,
    I am a wordpress developer and have over 80 templates from Themeforest alone. I usually get good support for Enfold but I am unhappy that this issue has lingered so long without a resolution.
    There are only three plugins active – came with the template – Ajax Portfolio, Contact Form 7 and Revolution Slider.
    I have deactivated ALL pugins. The issue remains. If I try to add a new page. Same result. I have placed the debug code in the functions.php. No help.
    Is there something I can do persuade you to have a look at the website? You have admin access.

    Hi!

    It looks like the problem is that your getting a 404 on tinyMCE which is causing javascript errors,

    "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://182.160.153.36/~wosld0dl9jufj/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4104-20140822"

    This is not a theme issue because the error displays even in the default theme. Did you recently update WordPress? I would try creating a backup and reinstall WordPress to see if the error goes away.
