    Hi
    I’m creating a portfolio. When I click to add the features image, I can upload one but I can’t choose from my media gallery. It just shows a search wheel but never loads my media pictures. I reloaded the pages but no change.

    I searched the forum but could not find any similar issue.

    My portfolio is TESTING PORTFOLIO

    Hi Lyse,

    Can you please check if it happens with the default WordPress theme activated? also, have you tried disabling all third-party plugins?

    When I switch theme, not problem with the media uploader. When I reactivated the Enfold Child Theme, the Avia Builder does not work.
    Now is is really necessary to deactivate all plugins?

    Hi Josue,
    I have found this ticket #339450 where mslaiter another participant tried this:

    “…. I created a new user and gave it admin rights. I logged out of the site and logged in with the new user name. This immediately gave me access to the avia layout builder without spinner of death. …”

    Well all seems to work after I did this, including the media uploader that also had the “spinning circle of death”.

    I don’t know how this could happen, that the admin user account gets corrupted. This is very strange.

    Hi again Josue,

    Id like to share that updating the problematic admin user password fixes the problem. This resaves the users roles and permissions that are set by default for this account.
