I have a transparent menu throughout my site, floating over a color section containing a big text heading. It looks great until the width of the browser window is dragged smaller (or viewed on a phone). The text in the color section wraps, and the main menu soon disappears entirely. Here’s a link to the site – just reduce the size of the window to see the issue. (link is in private section)

There’s another smaller issue with the repeating background as the text wraps and the color section gets bigger, thus making the fixed size repeating bitmap look ugly, but that’s something separate!

Enfold version is 3.0.1, I see the issue in Chrome and IE and on mobile Chrome.

I have come up with an ugly workaround to this problem which seems to have been caused by removing the logo (using a filter as described elsewhere in the forum). If there’s no logo area, then the mobile menu doesn’t seem to be able to pop up. I added a tiny transparent logo which doesn’t actually change the look of my site – just a few empty pixels – and removed the filter so that it IS displayed. So now when the page is made mobile size, I get an empty logo area with a mobile menu at the side. The big white space is not very nice on a mobile device, I would really appreciate a better suggestion! Many thanks.

    Hi!

I can’t see anything on your website about what you have written. For me the header works fine. Could you fix it? If not: can you create a screenshot/mockup of what would you want to achieve?

    Regards,
    Andy
