CSS to split-justify text in socket?

Hi guys!

In the socket, I’d like to have the “© All rights reserved…” justified to the left, as it normally is, but then I’d like to have another bit of text that justifies to the right…. is that possible? Also, would it be possible to add a clickable link to that second, right-justified text bit? Would you mind supplying both versions please, if it’s possible? The code for plain (non-linking) right-justified text, and then also the code for right-justified linking text? I do not want the left-linking text to link to anything.
