Hello
I am trying to create a new WordPress with your theme which I purchases through Envato.
However, when I do it using theme upload in WordPress, it doesn’t install any of the plugins.
Can you please advise?

You are going to need to install plugins like WooCommerce bbPress etc. manually in Plugins > Add new section.
Please also try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
