Why is image appearing lower on page?

Please take a look at the following page: http://23.235.201.84/team/
Notice how the image of the girl named “Nicole” drops down lower that the other images. We do not want this. We want her image to appear at the same level as the images to the right of her.

Can you determine what is causing this issue and tell us how to fix it?

Also, is it possible to create a text mouseover for the en tire image instead of just creating a “hotspot”? We want people to read the text when they mouse over the image. Preferably, the text would appear right on top of the image.
If this is not possible, can we stop the number from pulsating?
