Hello,
I’ve read different threads and it seems there is no easy way to make a widget sticky.
But in the “requests” page, in the “completed” area -> I saw “floating menu”… ? Is that in Enfold last version ?
My question is : is there a way for me to have a fixed vertical submenu for example at the right of page ? (through a widget, or sticky right bar, or “floating menu”…??) – and ideally without hiring a freelancer.
Example : http://getbootstrap.com/components/
(but with having the main menu fixed also).
For now I’m planning to use the fullwidth submenu with anchors & sections. But if there is a way to have a vertical sticky submenu I would be very interested to know ! Thank you for your feedback.
Regards,
Marie
Hey Josue!
Thanks for your feedback.
> STRX floating sidebar : it doesn’t seem to be what I want really. Looks like there is a delay when the user ends scrolling before the widget moves to the good position. See video on
Unless this can be solved in the settings ? Please let me know in case.
> Q2W3 fixed widget looks much better as far as I am concerned as it really stays fixed all the time. But apparently there is a recent bug with safari and the plugin author doesn’t seem to know how to solve it… See on the following link :
I’ve tested the member site and indeed there is a BIG bug on safari…
Any other advice?
What about other Enfold users experiments ?
Thank you!

Marie

Hi Josue,
Thanks for you answer.
I’ll make a request then. I noticed that the”floating menu” request I had seen in the “completed” part of the enfold requests page is not there anymore…
