    Hello. I am starting another thread as no one is responding to the previous conversation that was going on, which was here. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-with-contact-form-2/

    I have spoken to Google again as my email runs through them and they have said that on Google’s end there isn’t much to be configured, unless of course you tell me specifically what needs to be done.

    Please could you either do this, or arrange a time when you could talk to them, or give me a number/name to pass on to them as they are happy to speak with you directly to sort the problem out.

    Hi Laureninthailand!

    As previously mentioned, this would seem to be a mail server misconfiguration issue. My colleague tried the login credentials you sent but they were not working.

    I have just tried them again to no avail.

    We are happy to help once we get the correct credentials. I am marking this for my attention, so once you forward the credentials, I will treat this thread as urgent.

    Please forward FTP credentials to the site as well as WordPress credentials.
