    Hi,

    We have been using your enfold theme for a while and things were working fine. But after some recent updates [both wp and enfold] we are not able to load the visual editor from the backend. We are hosting it on wp-engine. Please help.

    Hi hbjcapital!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.1 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
    and make sure that you are using WordPress 4.0
    Since you are going to update from a very old version, you may need to re-configure some options/elements such as header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/
